How to uninstall Stream Deck on a Mac.

Elgato provides a separate uninstaller for the Stream Deck app on the Mac. Back up your Stream Deck profiles first, or you'll lose them.

Uninstall Stream Deck

Back up your profiles in the Stream Deck app.
Download the Elgato Stream Deck Uninstaller from Elgato's help article “Stream Deck Uninstall Procedure on macOS” at help.elgato.com.
Open StreamDeckUninstaller.pkg. If Stream Deck is running, click Close Application and Install.
Enter your Mac password. A message confirms it's removed.

Afterwards

Check System Settings › General › Login Items & Extensions for anything still named Stream Deck; see login items. An app that's still in your Trash can stay listed there until you empty the Trash or restart; that's normal macOS behaviour.
Empty the Trash when you're sure. Emptying the Trash is permanent.

Then check for anything Stream Deck left behind.

Once the app is gone, Pangalin Uninstaller's free Leftovers scan lists files left behind by apps that are no longer installed, by name and size. Apple's files are never included. It also shows where each one is and moves the ones you choose to the Trash in one go, with Undo.
