How to uninstall Native Instruments software on a Mac.

Native Instruments removes sound content through Native Access, but programs and plug-ins are removed by hand from the folders it lists, one product at a time.

1. Remove the content

  1. Open Native Access (version 3.6 or later).
  2. In Library, click the ⋯ next to the product and choose Uninstall.

2. Remove the program and plug-ins

Native Instruments lists these locations; Product is the product's name. Move the matching items to the Trash (Finder asks for your password for system folders):

Restart afterwards. Traktor has its own instructions on Native Instruments' site. For plug-ins from other makers, see uninstalling audio plug-ins.

Afterwards

Based on Native Instruments' own support article, checked October 2026. Menu names can change between versions.

Then check for anything Native Instruments software left behind.

Once the app is gone, Pangalin Uninstaller's free Leftovers scan lists files left behind by apps that are no longer installed, by name and size. Apple's files are never included. It also shows where each one is and moves the ones you choose to the Trash in one go, with Undo.
