Lost your licence key?
Your key was emailed to you about a minute after you paid. It's usually still in your mailbox, and if it isn't, we'll send it again.
Pangalin Uninstaller is free from version 1.6 and doesn't need a key.
1. Search your email
- Search all your mail, including spam, promotions and archive folders, for “Your Pangalin Space Manager licence”. After a renewal, the subject starts “Your renewed…”.
- Use the most recent one: each renewal comes with a new key.
- Search the address you bought with. If you have more than one email address, check each.

2. Ask us to send it again
Email hello@pangalin.com from the address you bought with. We'll send the key to that address, usually within two working days.
Bought with an address you can't use any more? Email us from your current address with the old address and roughly when you bought, and we'll sort it out. Never send us card details.
Already activated on another Mac?
To set up another Mac you need the key itself, so use the email or ask for a resend. You don't need to deactivate the old one: one licence covers every Mac you own. See Use your licence on another Mac.
