How to cancel or change your subscription.
You can cancel online yourself, any time, in about a minute. No call, no form and no reason needed. The same page lets you update your card and download receipts.
Pangalin Uninstaller is free from version 1.6, so there is nothing to cancel for it. This guide is for Pangalin Space Manager.
Our subscriptions are sold by Polar, our reseller, so the subscription page is on Polar's site. You reach it through pangalin.com.
Cancel, update your card or get a receipt
- Go to pangalin.com/manage. It takes you to your subscription page.
- Enter the email address you bought with. Polar emails you a sign-in code; there's no password to remember.
- Enter the code, then open your Pangalin Space Manager subscription.
- Choose to cancel it, update your payment method, or download receipts and invoices.
No code? Check your spam folder, and make sure you used the same address as your licence email.
What happens after you cancel
- Nothing renews. You won't be charged again.
- Your licence keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for.
- After that, the free features keep working. Pangalin Space Manager still scans, and any of your free 5 GB you hadn't used can still be used.
- Nothing on your Mac is removed, locked or hidden. Folders Pangalin Space Manager moved to an external drive keep working, and you can still put them back from History.

Renewal reminders
Subscriptions renew once a year. We email you about 11 weeks, 30 days and 7 days before each renewal, with the date, the price and how to cancel, so a renewal is never a surprise.

Email hello@pangalin.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your licence email, and we'll cancel it for you.
