How to uninstall Logi Options+ on a Mac.
Logi Options+ configures Logitech mice and keyboards. Moving it to the Trash removes the app, but Logitech's own guide to a complete removal also lists background services and folders in both Library folders. Your mouse and keyboard keep working without it, with their default buttons.
Quick removal
- Quit Logi Options+ if it's open.
- In Applications, right-click Logi Options+ and choose Move to Trash.
Complete removal (Logitech's steps)
- In Finder choose Go › Go to Folder…, type
/Libraryand press Return. Press ⌘F, search forLogitech, and set the search to that Library folder, not This Mac. - Move matching items to the Trash. Logitech names these places:
Application Support,Preferences,Caches,LaunchAgents,LaunchDaemons,Application Support/Logi/LogiPluginService,PreferencePanesandStartupItems. Items in/Libraryask for your password. - Repeat in
~/Library(your user Library). - Also remove
LogiPluginService.appandLogi Options+ Driver Installer.bundlefrom/Applications/Utilitiesif they're there. - Restart your Mac.
Using other Logitech software (for example a webcam or headset app)? Leave folders that belong to it.

Then check for anything left behind.
Once the app is gone, Pangalin Uninstaller's free Leftovers scan lists files left behind by apps that are no longer installed, by name and size. Apple's files are never included. It also shows where each one is and moves the ones you choose to the Trash in one go, with Undo.
